Load Wedding Review (4/5)

A brilliant film by Nabeel Qureshi and Fizza highlighting a major issue in our society i.e. “Dowry”. Which is a hurdle for many girls to marry and a Burden/Load for their Fathers and Brothers.  The films end with a brilliant note that “The Film is over but the pathetic prevailing culture of Dowry hasn’t ended, we must end this disgust”.
The film also shows how the pathetic police culture in rural areas exploits people in times of need. The film also features the famous religious scholar and the eye candy of viewers of Islamic shows Aamir Liquat.

Aamir Liaquat Hussain has portrayed as Aashiq Hussain. There are scene regarding the game show hosted by him which I believe was t exaggerated.

Apart from that, the overall quality of the content of the film was indeed plausible.

A class act by Fahad Mustafa and wonderful acting by Mahwish hayat.

Undoubtedly, a must watch movie for Eid, the only thing that bothers me is that the rural areas of Pakistan don’t have cinemas.

Having cinemas in rural areas would have fulfilled the purpose of the film where it is much needed
